A Sweet Tooth

Charlotte opened the doors of honeydukes admiring the stacks of sweets. Charlotte's downfall was sweets she adored them. Picking up a basket Charlotte such through the tins and jars. Coming to one that looked rarther strange Charlotte opened the tester dipping her fingers in. Nothing happened so she put some in her basket. As she walked she felt the basket shake a little Charlotte made sure she turned down a aisle with no one there. Looking down the Jar burst open and little creatures started crawling everywere. Getting down on all fours her bum held high Charlotte pounced trying to catch them

James was walking around Honeydukes searching for some sweets for his sweet tooth. He was walking down the chocolate ile when he saw a girl crawling along the floor. He smirked loudly and looked down at her. "You ok there?" He said, still smirking at her, it was quite a funny sight, although James was a Slytherin a laughed at mostly anything as he was like that. He ruffled his hair and just stood there, laughing, he was evil but he liked it.

Charlotte froze as she heard a voice. Turning round she got up and let a hand run through her hair. Turning round she smiled as shje saw lad about her age. Laughing as he rustled his hair Charlotte put a hand on her hip

"Yep im fine....Ohhh abit of a bad boy nice."

Charlotte laughed picking up her basket she held out a hand seeeing he was in slytherin. Charlotte didn't mind this she found.... well she found these lads to be more fun

James frowned at her. "Abit?" He said for a moment looking at her strangely. "You couldnt get a badder boy if you tryed luv." He said turning around and starting to walk away, it was obvious that she was going to follow him, she was intregued by him, all the girls liked the idea of James, he just liked the attention. James reached out onto the top shelf and got down a bag of all flavour beans, his favorite. Of course he would give the bad flavours to gryffindors for the fun of it, but so so.

Charlotte laughed as he turned away. Smiling to herself, she knew he only wanted her to follow. Laughing she wandered what he would do if .... well she didnt follow him. Watching as he picked up a bag of beans charlotte turned facing another shelf on the same aisle

James looked around, the girl hadnt followed him. He wasnt surprised, she had probably sussed his game. He wandered throughout the isle looking high upon the shelves until she got to the same shelf that the girl was now standing opposite. He stepped beside her and whispered in her ear. "Don't I intrigue you enough to make you follow me?" He asked as he reached up to the highest shelf and in his hand was a liquirish wand.

Charlotte smlied knowing what she was doing. Watching out the corner of her eye she grinned as the boy came behind her. She spun her head round following him and bit her lips as he spoke in her ear. There was something about him that made her feel like a rebel inside his voice almost seductive but she just merely smirked. She looked down then opened her mouth to reply.

"Well Mr no name ... *she turned to face him her face in his* You do seem interesting but..... no not enough to make me follow you."

*she laughed turning back round. She was just messing but she had to play along... deciding to see whether the boy was worthy.

James smirked. "Well Miss No Name, I'll have you no that plenty of people like to follow me, so you shouldnt be embarrased that you want to aswell." he said smirking, toying with her was fun. He moved her face closer to hers, right up against her and then smirked again. "So if you do want to follow me...i'll be over here." he said pointing towards the shelf opposite them. He turned around and headed for the shelf, smiling to himself, he was so devious.

Charlotte smlied as he spoke. Watching his face come up close to her she glanced a quick glance in his eyes. Watching as he strode over to the other shelf she surpressed a laugh. Looknig down at her basket she couldn't beleive it. She had to go to that shelf anyway. turning round she walked over.

"Embarressed your ego's just hurt because i aint interested...yet. The only reason myself Charlotte came over here was for these."

She picked up a box then turned her back on him walking over the next shelf. She swung her hips side to side with attidude

James looked up at the shelf. He could hear her walking up behind him, he turned around, his face in her face again. "I don't you worry about my ego, you just worry about supressing yours luv." James said as he walked around the corner to the next isle. Knowing that something would happen to make her go round that corner, ever to 'get some more sweets' or to check him out. He didnt care which one it would be.

Charlotte let her head glance over her shoulder seeing him turn the corner. Charlotte wandered weather she had upset the lad. But something made her want to go round there. So picking up her basket Charlotte strutted down the aisle turning it seeing he was there. Walkling up to him she placed her basket down picking up another jar....

"So does mr ego have a name"

James smirked as he saw Charlotte turn into the isle he was in. He carried on looking across the shelf at the masses of sweets around him. "Well, its certainly not Mr Ego im sure of that." He said smirking walking further down the isle so she had to follow him. He turned to her. "James..My name is James." He said as she walked across the isle to the other shelves in that section. He picked up a jar of canned worms and looked at it strangely it didnt tickle his fancy so he placed it back down on the shelf, wondering what the girl would ask him next.

Charlotte laughed maybe it was best not to touch on his ego anymore. Watching as he walked down the aisle further, Charlotte caught his name. She turned around picking up again her basket. She liked the name... and it was stranged she seemed to like him.. first impressions she kept reassuring herself....

"So James.... what brings you into honeydukes. You dont seem to have anything."

She said this looking down at his hands which were empty apart from one packet of berttie beans

James turned to Charlotte. "The fact that my common room is boring and i havent got anything better to do that spend money and buy sweets." James said, glancing along the shelves in honeydukes, the fact was he had nothing better to do, so he was there, talking to her, filling his time. It was quite entertaining actually, watching her chase after him.

Charlotte looked down and smiled. She was only here for the same reason. She picked up her basket and walked to the bottom of the stairs. Turning round she looked down at him and smirked....

"I'll be up stairs if you want me...."

Charlotte knew how to play him at his own game. Charlotte wandered whether she would be able to get the slightest compliment or even a I was wrong .
